Oh, The Power of God's Grace
The true motto of a person
whom God deigns to use for his glory

Sharing our stories...
I must have been about 6 years old when my sister taught me to say the Rosary. Since Claire is ten years older than I am, I remember those special nights when she would come to bed before I fell asleep and we would recite the Rosary together. I believe that is when my devotion to the Blessed Mother began and my faith blossomed.
I was not destined for an especially easy or happy childhood however. My parents were elderly and no longer had much interest or the required energy needed to raise and nurture their youngest child.
I am very grateful that I was born and raised in a Catholic home. Growing up I found much comfort and strength in knowing Jesus, the Blessed Mother & the lives of many Saints. I dread to think of my life without that gift and support.
Fast-Forward 50 years and I have the luxury of being able to look back over the years at the many trials and challenges that have been placed on my path. In hind-sight I know that what I have experienced throughout my life is the ever presence of God walking with me, guiding me, sustaining me.
Truly, “It is by God’s grace that I am what I am”.
