Teams Implementation Process and Team Covenant
On Saturday morning, May 30th, twenty-seven spiritual directors in the Emmaus Community, celebrated their final gathering in a year-long communal discernment process. To help sustain the future of the Upper Room ministry, we have created eight small leadership teams that will meet several times throughout the year to plan and host events both in person and online.
Two gifted women, Karen Lahaise and Barbara Graham, were chosen by the community, to be coordinators of the teams with Rosemary. We are moving forward in the Spirit with generous and obedient hearts! We marked this milestone by creating, sharing and affirming our Emmaus Team Covenant.
