Circle the City with Love
It is our prayerful hope that all persons who pass through The Upper Room will go forth as "mystic-missionaries" into their homes, families, workplaces and neighbourhoods to "circle the city with Love." The Upper Room recognizes the need and the search in many faith-filled persons who are restless to experience “more” in their relationships with God, each other and all of creation. Our team of spiritual directors are eager to serve the spiritual hungers of the People of God within the Archdioceses of Ottawa, Gatineau, Pembroke and Cornwall.

A Morning/Evening of Reflection:
9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. or 7:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
Cost: $20.00 per person (theme, materials and coffee provided)
A Day Workshop on any of our Future Full of Hope books:
LIVE: 10:00 - 3:00 Guided reflections through the book chapters. Small table conversations.
Cost: $75.00 per person includes light lunch and book.
